Born in San Diego, California, multi-lingual jazz vocalist Allison Adams Tucker began singing before she could speak. Allison was raised by classically trained musical parents, and began performing in front of audiences at age 5. She studied piano, flute, violin, dance and voice from elementary school and holds a BA in Linguistics / Music Vocal Performance and an AA in Italian. Allison’s vocal palette has been colored by her experience in a variety of musical genres throughout her life, from folk and pop to a cappella Elizabethan madrigals to punk rock to country to commercial jingles. In 2005 Allison “discovered jazz” as her new musical home and fell in love with its freedom of expression, intellectual tilt, and inclusion of all international music cultures. She applies its concepts to all genres of music she sings today

.Allison’s debut album “Come With Me” (Allegato Music 2008), co-produced by jazz guitarist Peter Sprague (Dianne Reeves, David Benoit, Chick Corea, Sergio Mendes) and arranged by GRAMMY winner Kamau Kenyatta (Gregory Porter, Hubert Laws, Earl Klugh, Patti Austin), received international acclaim, was nominated for Best Jazz Album 2009 by the San Diego Music Awards, and continues to receive airplay on radio stations in 18 countries. Musicians include Kamau Kenyatta piano, Evona Wascinski bass, Dylan Savage drums, Fabio Oliveira percussion, Louisa West flute, Reiko Obata Japanese koto harp, Ray Suen violin, Derek Cannon trumpet, Patrick Berrogain French guitar, Danny Green Brazilian piano.

Mr. Sipp and The True Believers | mrsipp.net

The Gourmet Blues Concert Series will bring renowned world-class blues artists to an intimate “blues room” setting in San Diego, California. Each concert presents a highly sought-after blues artist who has been recognized by one or more of the following: A Blues Music Award nomination or win, a Grammy nomination or win, and induction into The Blues Hall of Fame, or a nomination or winner of another prestigious award. All members of the artist’s band will be performing ensuring the best possible performance.

This series is for true blues aficionados who want to soak in every nuance of the performer’s mastery of the blues genre in a seated listening, non-dancing environment that will give you the opportunity to hear the blues like you have never heard them before.

Mr. Sipp spent more than 25 years in the Gospel Music Business as a Recording Artist and a Producer! Since his BIG WIN at The International Blues Challenge in 2014 and the release of his debut Blues CD, “It’s My Guitar,” the music community has been a Buzz and welcomed him with open arms! He fills venues, theaters and festivals all over the world with his second Malaco multi award winning album “The Mississippi Blues Child” (2015). In 2017, with “Knock a Hole In It‘ he shares his music all over the planet from France to Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, and USA… and in April 2021 he “Sippnotized” the world in the middle of the pandemic.

Going into 2023, Mr Sipp is a force to be reckoned with and one of THE Top performers on the Blues and Roots scene. A must for Festivals!  Mr. Sipp’s favorite quote, “I’m living to love the life that I live, Music!!!!”

Keith McKelley has had a wide and varied career as a saxophonist and Aerophone (Roland’s digital wind instrument) musician but also produces and writes his own material with the occasional collaboration with other writers and producers to create music that is at a high level, will last, and that is absolutely heartfelt.
